Emma and Alex had the perfect day to elope in downtown Pembroke. Days leading up to the long weekend had been chilly and wet. The days to follow after would include 20+mm of rain. However, on May 19th, 2023, we were graced with the most gorgeous day. Warmer temps, a refreshing breeze, and the prettiest hazy sun filled sky. I followed Emma and Alex all over downtown Pembroke. From fresh spring blooms, Riverside Park, Sip Stirs for a quick refreshing break, and of course, the beautiful courthouse — we had lots of picturesque places to photograph at.
The lovely thing about a simple elopement at the local courthouse means you get to splurge on an amazing honeymoon. These two are off to Italy for two weeks! Now that’s the way to do it ;)
